How to recover important documents?
If you lose your proof, you will have to register and get a certified copy from the office. All you have to do is know the date or number on which the Aadhaaram was registered. All the Aadhaarqm information from January 1992 onwards is available at the Registrar’s Office.
The digital version is available from the Sub-Registrar’s Office. Documents prior to 1992 can be traced using a fraction of a site, state, or first letter.

Or if you lose evidence from your hand, you should place an ad in the newspaper to prevent it from being misused. The application can then be submitted to the Registrar’s Office for a certified copy. By doing so, even if someone else gets the evidence, it cannot be abused.

If you lose your ration card, you will receive a temporary ration card from the supply office. Later, when the government accepts the application for the ration card, it is sufficient to apply again.
If you have lost your Aadhaar card, you can go to the Akshaya Center and apply again using your Aadhaar card number. If you do not know the Aadhaar card number, you can also apply using the PAN card number. This is because the Aadhaar card and the PAN card are now connected.
If the voter ID card is lost, a copy can be applied for a new one. Alternatively, a voter ID can be re-applied using the surname, father’s name, and mother’s name.

In case of loss of the RC book license of the vehicle, the application should be made to the RTO office. But before that, a newspaper advertisement should be given. Doing so will help you to recover lost documents in less than a day. In case of minor damage, replace the old one with the new one at the RTO office.
Students will receive new books from the DD office if they have a certificate from the school headmaster in case of loss of textbooks. Or you can download the books online.
