The Aam Aadmi Bhima Yojana is a policy of the LIC that covers low-cost insurance for families below the poverty line in the unorganized sector. Poor family heads aged 18 to 59 years or household income. 50% of the annual premium amount of Rs 200 / – will be subsidized from the Social Security Fund. In case of rural landless households, the balance 50% will be covered by the state government.

Aam Aadmi Bhima Yojana can be registered till December 24 through Akshaya Centers.
