First open e-District Portal. Log in by typing the username, password and captcha. Select Apply for a Certificate and click the GET STARTED button. Select e- District Register Number and Certificate type, ID. Select Certificate Purpose. Select Show Applicant Details. Check all the information is accurate. Enter the applicant’s name and parents’ details. Enter two identification marks. If the name is different, correct it. Enter the applicant name and save. If the minor persons, parents can be applied. Enter the one-time password that comes with the phone.
Upload and submit Aadhaar card, Election Card and Ration Card in less than 100 KB. After that the registration will be complete. You can use any online payment method to make the payment. Now you will get an ID. It should be used for subsequent purposes. The application fee is Rs. 15. Once the certificate is approved, the certificate can be downloaded using the key number.
