If you do not have Gmail installed on your phone for the first time, go to Play Store, install Gmail and log in with your user ID and password. You can see the google ID icon at the top of the interface that you get when you log in to Email. Below that you will see the email messages you have received so far. Add account details can be found by clicking on this icon. You can select the ID you want from here. After selecting the ID, you can hit back and click on the ‘+’ icon below the interface.

Now in the section that appears as “From” at the top, your entered email id may have come up automatically. In thus ‘To’ field, you can select the ID you want to send to someone. In the subject section below, you can give a short title about the thing you are sending. In the Compose Mail section you can enter what you need to type. The file on the phone can be attached by clicking the attach button at the bottom. All you have to do is enter the required items and click on the blue color arrow provided at the top. Or if you want to schedule mail, click on the three dots at the top and select Schedule sent. Here you can select the time you want to send. If you select the time and date, the mail you pick up at that time will be automatically sent. This way you can email with your smartphone in a very short amount of time.
