After entering your name, date of birth, login id and password, type the captcha below and click the register button. You will now receive a registration verification message to the e-mail you entered. Verify it.

When you click on the link received in the email, you will get the option of Enter User ID. Enter the user ID you created earlier and click the Submit button. After that you can log in to the account and apply for a passport.

When you create an account and log in with your login ID and password, you will be taken to the applicant home page. From here, select the Apply for First Passport option. Here you can see two options, Alternative 1,2. The first method is done entirely online and the second method is applied offline. After selecting the first method, enter your state and district information. On the next page, if you have your name, surname, district, martial status, etc., fill it in correctly and then click on the I Agree button below and click on the Save My Details button.

Enter your address-specific information on the residential Address page. Also fill in this page with your mobile number, email id and other details. If there is a discrepancy between the current address and the permanent address, a permanent address must be entered. Click the Next button.

Now you will get some yes or No questions. Read them carefully and tick them. When you click on the Next button you can see all the information you have entered. If there is a mistake in any way, you can go to the previous page and correct it. Then when you click on the Next button, you will get a self declaration form.
