Mechanical Supervisor
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of Desalination units and boilers including major overhauling of pumps, Fans, Blowers, heat exchanger, and valves.
- Manage spares parts requirements and maintenance activities record.
- Ensure Permit to Work and HSE procedures are adhered.
Unit Operator
- Should be fully experienced in Start-up, Shutdown, monitoring, emergency handling, isolation, de-isolation and troubleshooting of units.
- Shall have the proven experience of Gas turbine, HRSG and Steam turbine field operation.
- Shall be able to work independently for the field operation of the GT, HRSG and Steam turbine.
Mechanical Engineer (Desal)
- Most of work involves maintenance of valves , heat exchangers, pumps & compressors
- Knowledge and skills to align rotating equipment.
- Knowledge of rotating machinery problems diagnostic and have a good knowledge of fault finding during inspection servicing of components and feasibility for re -use of spare parts.
- Able to plan preventative and routine maintenance, organize and trouble shoot breakdown problems.
- Experienced with spare parts of boilers and all types of valves and rotating machinery
- Must be self motivated, have firm control over his team of foreman and technician.
